We hope you are satisfied with our shirt, suits and accessories. Please be aware of the following refund policy before placing your order.
For altered ready-to-wear, made-to-measure, bespoke or any kind of custom tailoring, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. However, we understand that achieving the perfect fit on the first try can be challenging. That’s why we offer fittings and adjustments, guided by the expert eye of our tailors, to ensure your garment fits you impeccably.
Sartoria Dei Duchi will replace or refund any ready-to wear unused product that is proven damaged or flawed upon delivery. By law, we cannot accept returns unless the product is damaged or flawed upon delivery.
If the ready-to-wear unused product is proven damaged or flawed, we ask that the customer return the item for replacement within 30 days from purchase, and once we received the product, we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the product, less shipping, and handling. If the original shipment is flawed or damaged, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling fees. Please note that the refunds may take up to 10 working days to process and post to your credit card account.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return of an item that was damaged due to severe adverse weather conditions during shipment, or item that was ordered in error, so please be sure to double-check your order before placing it.
