Sartoria Dei Duchi will replace or refund any product that is proven damaged or flawed. By law, we cannot accept returns unless the product is damaged or flawed.

If the product is proven damaged or flawed, we ask that the customer return the item for replacement within 30 days from purchase, and once we received the product, we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the product, less shipping, and handling. If the original shipment is flawed or damaged, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling fees. Please note that the refunds may take up to 10 working days to process and post to your credit card account.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return of an item that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or item that was ordered in error, so please be sure to double-check your order before placing it.
